Returns will be accepted under the following conditions:
- The issue is reported to us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Please note that returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
- The items are in their original packaging, unopened, unused, and unworn.
- The issue is raised after 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item has been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged.
- The original packaging is missing.
- Buyer must prove all these conditions by a video of unpacking or unboxing.

Important points to consider:
For manufacturing defects, the cost of return shipping will be covered by us. However, for other reasons, the return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
Any applicable return charges will be communicated once the return is initiated.
Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be provided as store credit only.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
